The machine is designed to run in line with the long side sewer, waiting for enough quilted material in the trough before starting. The quilted material is fed into the machine, where the cutting length is measured and then cut. The quilt is then conveyed out from the cutting section.
From the cutting station the quilt is conveyed into the sewing station at high speed. As the material approaches the sewing heads the speed is reduced to the same speed as the sewing heads.
After the sewing the quilt enters into the stacker were it's dropped onto a conveyor. Quilt production: 120-360 pcs/hour, depending on the output of the quilting machine.
